About Voice Fidelity
Voicefidelity is located in Malolos City the capital city of Bulacan, 40 kilokmeters north of Manila.
Lito Manansala founded the company in November 2005 and is currently its CEO. Manansala started his research in voip technology early 2005 and deployed several Asterisk IP-PBX for corporate offices. He looks into migrating PBX to a Callcenter Predictive dialer. He found Asterisk, an open source software for PBX, which provides low cost solution for SME callcenters here in the Philippines.
Manansala is the owner of the largest asterisk yahoo groups in the Philippines, asterisk-ph. He is also a Callcenter Technology Consultant for several Callcenters here in the Philippines. Because of the VOIP evolution, Asterisk is now a common solution for start-up callcenters of 5-100 seats. Asterisk enables the investor to start a Callcenter business with less capital without sacrificing the quality.
